Staff Bios:

Cindy Kightlinger

Cindy Kightlinger is Director of The Counseling Centre and Recovery Ministries at New Beginnings Church of God,  Meadville, PA. 
She has maintained a private counseling practice for 21 years as well.  She is also President and Director of Mercy House of Meadville, Inc., which offers Mercy House Day Program and Living Free Program.   
Cindy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, has an MA in Professional  Counseling, is a Certified Crisis and Abuse Counselor, a Certified Addiction Counselor,
and is certified in Critical Incidence and Stress Management and Gambling Competency.  She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.      

Joel Kightlinger
Joel is a licensed therapist with an MS in Clinical Social Work and has been practicing for 10 years.  Prior to coming to Meadville, he worked in Day Reporting Center and Drug Court in Nashville, TN, and an Adolescent Treatment Center in San Diego, CA. 
In addition to his MS, Joel has received training in working with sexual offenders, critical incident stress management, and dual diagnosis.
Joel serves as Clinical Director for Mercy House of Meadville, Inc., and maintains a private counseling practice at The Counseling Centre.  He specializes in adolescent, marital, family, and individual counseling.

Beverly Kerr
Beverly L. Kerr graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Rehabilitation.
She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and credentialed as a Certified Advanced Addictions Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
Bev has an extensive background in working with individuals with addictions. She has also specialized in marriage and family therapy over the past 20 years.
In addition, Bev also counsels individuals dealing with abuse issues, anxiety, depression, and anger management needs.

Christine McWilliams
Christine McWilliams holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, as welll as licesned professional counselor.  Christine completed her practicum and internship with Mercy House and continues to counsel here. She also served her country for 10 years in the United States Air Force.
Christine currently works with adolescents, adults, and couples. She has a deep dedication to her clients and has a genuine call to counseling ministry.

Cinda Bilinski

Cinda Bilinski is a licensed professional counselor. She graduated from Edinboro University with a master's degree in counseling and from Clarion University with an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education.
Prior to coming to Mercy House, Cinda worked with troubled families in home-based therapy. She also taught anger management and parenting classes and counseled individuals.
Cinda brings to Mercy House a willingness to help individuals, couples, and families reach their highest potential through faith-based therapy. Her experience in this field includes stress management, depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, adjustment disorders, and couple and family issues.

Jennifer Porter
Jennifer Porter, Program Manager,  holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University and she completed her internship with the Mercy House. She has also completed the Master's program for Licensed Professional Counseling at Liberty University.  Jeenifer manages the Intensive Outpatient Program and oversees the interns.
Jennifer is excited to be on board with Mercy House as Program Manager. She is looking forward to growing in her career here as well. She has a passion to come alongside others during difficult times so they may find purpose and live a fulfilling life.

Adam Artman

Adam Artman is our Wellness and Intake Director and is heading up our new Wellness Division. He has a Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education and is a Certified Personal Trainer an Certified Health Coach.  He is passionate about helping others make life-style changes through God and wellness.

Doris Mushrush, Office Manager
Doris Mushrush is our Office Manager. She has been with us for 13 years working from home keeping track of Mercy House financial information. Just recently, we have been able to add Doris to our office staff. We are so excited to have her in the front office! She has over 20 years of expereince handling finances for businesses and is a wonderful addition to our staff! She has been married to her husband, Jim, for 41 years and has 2 sons and 2 grand-daughters. 
Lisa Chausse, Administrative Assistant
Lisa Chausse, administrative assistant,  graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, with a degree in specialized business with emphasis in marketing. Prior to coming to Mercy House, Lisa worked at Proper Cutter, Inc.  She is married to Mike Chausse and has three children.  Lisa says that Mercy House is a ministry call to her and we are excited to have her on board.

Dr. Maryanne Suprys

Dr. Suprys is our Highmark Medical director for the intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program.  She genuinely cares about the clients, and brings a wealth of information and encouragement to our team.
