Program Description
Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Program: New Directions – Non-Addiction Based Program that meets Tues and Thu from 9:30AM–12:00PM, plus individual counseling. This is the program that launched Mercy House nine years ago, and is therefore the most tried, tested, and proven to get results. Weekly schedule includes a combination of therapy groups, process groups, education, community and spiritual direction groups. Suitable for individuals desiring to live fuller lives, those in crisis, those struggling with anxiety and depression, those who wish to cope better with stress and achieve mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual healing by understanding the past, exploring the present and embracing the future. Suitable also for family members of those with addictions who are, themselves, in need of support, understanding, and healing as well. Intake appointment needed before beginning this program.
