Engaging and challenging, it’s a perfect fit for those just entering treatment, those reengaging in recovery, or those seeking education and support for sobriety. Content provided in a warm and caring atmosphere and includes basic early recovery skills, identifying triggers & cravings, learning healthy thinking strategies, 12 step education, and relapse prevention.
recoverUs – Dynamic Drug/Alcohol treatment that meets Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, three evenings per week from 5:15 pm- 7:30 pm, plus assigned individual counseling. Using a mixture of group process style and education, this dynamic, intensive group addresses abstinence, relapse prevention, identifying triggers, processing core issues and working through the many issues foundational to substance use. Rarely a dull moment and guaranteed to challenge.
recoverThem--Drug/Alcohol 101 - generally for first time offenders without drug/alcohol history
*In response to social distancing caused by Covid Mercy House offers multiple individual sessions in place of group therapy at this time. We do however, cover all material we would have covered in groups.
Our groups offer dynamic therapy from psycho-educational to process, art, narrative and experiential groups led by licensed counselors.
